Regular Program Details per Age Goup

Each session is 1h 30 min long and will be adapted according to players' skills level.
Each session touches in one way or another, the basic soccer techniques such as: Passing and Receiving, Shooting, etc.
Each session is composed of:

  • Warm Up
  • Physical/ Agility and coordination
  • Technical
  • Tactical
  • Small sided Games
  • Cooling down

U 7

  • Month 1- Month 2: Dribbling
  • Month 3- Month 4: First Touch
  • Month 5-Month 6: 1v 1 Moves and 1v1
  • Month 7: Recapitulative

U9

  • Month 1: Dribbling
  • Month 2- Month 3: 1v1 Moves and 1v1
  • Month 4 : First Touch Ball on the Ground
  • Month 5: First Touch Ball in the Air
  • Month 6: Creating Space
  • Month 7: Recapitulation


U11

  • Month 1: First Touch Ball on the Ground
  • Month 2: First Touch Ball in the Air
  • Month 3: 1v1 Moves and 1V1
